If you see an error when coding transactions or adding receipts in the Spend Center mobile app, follow these troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

  1. Sign Out and Back In

    • In the Navigation bar, tap More

    • Tap Logout

    • Log back in to the app

  2. Delete and Re-download the App
    ​
    Uninstall Spend Center from your device and download it again from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  3. Check for Updates
    ​
    Make sure the Spend Center app is up to date by checking for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store.

  4. Restart Your Device
    ​
    Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve app performance issues.

  5. Check Network Connection

    Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if connectivity is affecting app performance.
