How do I update denied transactions in Spend Center?

Learn how cardholders can update denied transactions so they re-enter the approval flow.

When a transaction is denied, only the cardholder can re-enter it into the approval flow. To update the transaction, the cardholder can complete the following steps:

Update transaction from a web browser

  1. In the Navigation Menu, select Transactions

  2. Select the denied transaction

  3. Select Try Again

  4. Update the transaction

  5. Select Resubmit

  6. The transaction returns to the approval flow
