How do I send invites to users in Spend Center?

Learn how to send or re-send invites to users to join Spend Center.

Admins can send invites to users to create their accounts in Spend Center. Invites are sent via email from [email protected]. These emails can be found in spam or junk folders, so remind users to look in those folders if they cannot find invites.

You can send an invite to an individual user or all users who have not accepted an invitation.


Send invite to individual user from a web browser

  1. In the Navigation Menu, select People

  2. Find the user in the People list

    • For help finding a user, enter their name in the Search field

  3. View the user's membership status in the Membership Status column

  4. Select Send Invite or Resend Invite

  5. Once sent, the invitation is valid for 24 hours


Send invite to all uninvited users from a web browser

  1. In the Navigation Menu, select People

  2. Select Options

  3. Select Send invites

  4. To include users with pending and expired invites, select Also include people with pending and expired invitations

  5. Select Send invites
