How do I enable Spend Center mobile app notifications?

Complete the steps in this article to ensure you receive notifications from the Spend Center mobile app.

To make sure mobile notifications are turned on for Spend Center, complete the following steps:

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  2. Scroll down and tap Spend Center

  3. Tap Notifications

  4. Toggle Allow Notifications to On

  5. Make sure options like Banners, Sounds, and Badges are enabled, as desired


Android

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device

  2. Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications, depending on your phone)

  3. Find and select Spend Center from the list

  4. Tap Notifications

  5. Turn notifications on and adjust preferences, as desired (sound, vibration, etc.)


Troubleshooting

if you still aren’t getting notifications, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Double-check that notifications are turned on within your device settings as described above.

  • Ensure that Do Not Disturb or similar focus modes aren’t silencing notifications.

  • Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Spend Center account in the app.

  • If issues persist, try logging out and back into the app or reinstalling the app.
