When spending from your physical card, funds are taken from your selected active budget. Only individual users can change their own active budget; admins cannot select an active budget for users in their account.
Notes:
You can reassign the transaction to a different budget even after a transaction is completed. Learn more about completing and categorizing transactions.
If you cannot select a new active budget, you may only belong to a single budget or you do not have funds assigned to you in any other budgets.
Select active budget from a web browser
In the Spend Center Navigation Menu, select My account
Open the Cards tab
Select your active physical card
Select the Change Budget button
Select the new budget you want to use
The selected budget is now your active budget for future transactions
Select active budget from the mobile app
In the Spend Center Navigation Bar, tap Home
Tap Switch active budget
Select the new budget you want to use
The selected budget is now your active budget for future transactions
