How do I manage multiple company logins in Spend Center?

If you're using Spend Center with more than one company, you can consolidate your account to a single login.

Notes:

  • Each account must have a different login email address before they can be successfully connected in Spend Center.

  • You cannot disconnect multiple company logins in Spend Center.


Connect company from a web browser

  1. Open the Company drop-down menu (arrow located in the upper left side of the Spend Center Navigation Menu)

  2. Select Manage companies

  3. Select Connect a company

  4. Select if the account is your primary account:

    • If you want to use the credentials from this account to log in for all connected companies, select Yes, continue

    • If you want to use another login as your primary account, select Log in to another

  5. Enter your username and password

  6. Select Log in

  7. Review the information

  8. Select Confirm to finish connecting your accounts

  9. Once multiple companies have been connected to each other, you can log in to Spend Center with your primary account and navigate between accounts by opening the Company drop-down menu in the Spend Center Navigation Menu
