How do I create, reset, or change my password?

Follow the steps in this article to learn how to create a password, reset your password, or change your password in Spend Center.


Web & Mobile

Create Password

  1. If you have been invited to Spend Center, you will receive an email asking you to set a password.

  2. Open the email message and click the Set Password button.

  3. Enter your new password in the New Password field. Then confirm your password in the Confirm New Password field. To save your password, click the Save button.

Note: To increase the security of your account, we highly recommend choosing a username and password that is not commonly used with other websites.

Reset Password

  1. Navigate to the Spend Center login page.

  2. Click the Trouble logging in? link.

  3. Enter your email address in the Verify or Enter Email Address field. If you previously entered your address on the login page, your email address displays in the field automatically.

  4. Click the Reset Password button.

  5. A reset password email will be sent to your account. Once you’ve received the email, click on the Reset password button to set your new password.

Note: For your security, you are prevented from reusing your last used password as well as known, compromised passwords.

Change Password

  1. In the Navigation Menu, click your Profile link.

  2. Click the Options button and select the Change password option.

  3. In the Current Password field, enter your current password.

  4. In the New Password field and Confirm Password field, enter your new password. For your security, you are prevented from reusing your last used password as well as known, compromised passwords.

  5. To save your new password, click the Save button.


Mobile

Reset Password

  1. Open the Spend Center mobile app.

  2. From the login page, tap the Forgot password? link.

  3. Enter your email address in the Email Address field. Then tap the Send button.

  4. Check your email inbox on your mobile device for the password reset email and tap the Reset password link.

  5. From the Reset Password screen in the mobile app, enter a new, secure password. Note: For your security, you are prevented from reusing your last used password as well as known, compromised passwords.

  6. Tap the Save button to set your new password.
