If multiple cards are attributed to the same email address in Spend Center, the name of your profile may periodically update to one of the other cardholder name(s) attributed to the email address. Additionally, the cardholder name displayed on transactions will reflect the current profile name, which may be different from the actual cardholder name on the card used for the transaction. You cannot change your profile name or the name displayed on transactions.
For more information on which card and cardholder is associated with a transaction, refer to the last four digits of the card number displayed on the transaction. If you have additional questions about the joint email for multiple cardholders, please contact your Program Administrator to adjust the associated email addresses.
