As an admin, you can send reminder messages to spenders with incomplete transactions. You can send a single message to an individual spender or bulk send a message to multiple spenders.
Depending on your preferences, spenders will either receive a push notification from the Spend Center mobile app, an email notification, or both. The notification informs them of the number of transactions they need to complete. If they only have one incomplete transaction, the notification will link directly to the transaction. If they have multiple incomplete transactions, the notification will link to the Transactions page.
Note: You cannot send reminder messages for pending, locked, synced, completed, or approved transactions. You also cannot send reminder messages for transactions that have already been sent two reminder messages that day.
