How do I upload receipts in Spend Center?

View an overview of adding receipts to transactions via your mobile app and the web app.

If you need to attach a receipt to a transaction, you can upload a receipt from your web browser or the Spend Center mobile app.


Web Browser

From a web browser, you can upload receipts by selecting a file on your computer or using drag and drop.

Select File

  1. In the Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link.

  2. Click the transaction where you want to attach the receipt.

  3. In the Transaction Details sidebar, click the Add icon. Depending on settings for the transactions, the Receipts sections may be found in the Required Fields or Optional Fields section.

  4. Select the receipt file you want to upload.

Drag & Drop

  1. Download your PDF or image receipt.

  2. In Spend Center, click the Transactions link.

  3. Click the transaction where you want to attach the receipt.

  4. Drag and drop the image or PDF file into the Transaction Details sidebar.


Mobile App

Add Receipt From Transaction

  1. In the Spend Center Navigation Bar, tap the Transactions icon. If the Transactions icon is not in your Navigation Bar, tap the More icon, then tap the Transactions link.

  2. Tap the transaction you want to open.

  3. Tap the Add a receipt button.

  4. Select the option you want to use to add the receipt.

    • To take a new photo of the receipt, select the Take photo option.

    • To select a photo from your device, select the Choose from Photo Library option.

    • To select a file from your device, select the Choose from Files option.

  5. View the receipt attached to the transaction.

Use a File or Image From Your Device

Apple (iOS)

  1. Tap the receipt or image.

  2. Tap the Share icon.

  3. Swipe through the app icons until you find the Spend Center app.

  4. Select the transaction the receipt belongs to, then tap the Add Receipt button.

Android

Images

  1. Tap the receipt or image

  2. At the bottom left, tap the Share icon.

  3. Select the Spend Center app.

  4. Select the transaction the receipt belongs to, then tap the Add receipt option.

PDFs

  1. Tap the PDF or attachment.

  2. Tap the Options icon.

  3. Select the Send File or Share option.

  4. Select the Spend Center app.

  5. Select the transaction the receipt belongs to.

  6. Tap the Add receipt button.
