How do I set up the NetSuite integration for my account?

Use the steps in this article to enable the NetSuite integration in Spend Center. In order to connect the integration, you need to find the access tokens, account ID, and subsidiary ID from NetSuite.

After your NetSuite integration has been completely set up, you need to configure the integration in order for transactions to sync.

Notes:

  • A NetSuite administrator is required in order to integrate NetSuite with Spend Center.

  • If "Limited Access" displays when attempting to download the BILL SuiteApp in NetSuite, contact Spend Center Customer Support for assistance.


Download BILL SuiteApp

  1. In NetSuite, open the SuiteApps page.

  2. Search for “bill - fully automated” [1].

  3. Select the BILL - Fully Automated AP/AR for NetSuite app [2].

  4. Select the Install button.

    • Note: If "Limited Access" displays when attempting to download the BILL SuiteApp in NetSuite, contact Spend Center Customer Support for assistance.


Locate Access Tokens

  1. From the NetSuite home page, find the Settings section [1]. You may need to scroll down the page to find the Settings section.

  2. Select the Manage Access Tokens link [2].

    Note: This step requires admin privileges.

  3. Select the New My Access Token button.

  4. Select the Application Name drop-down menu [1] and select the Bill.com - Prod option [2].

  5. Click the Save button.

  6. View the Token ID and Token Secret.

  7. Keep this window open or copy and paste the tokens in a secure location.

Locate Account ID

  1. In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, select the Setup menu [1]. Select the Company option [2] and then select the Subsidiaries option [3].

  2. Locate the account ID.

  3. Keep this window open or copy and paste the ID in a secure location.

Locate Subsidiary ID

  1. In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, select the Setup menu [1]. Select the Company option [2] and then select the Subsidiaries option [3].

  2. Locate the subsidiary ID in the Internal ID column.

    Note: If you do not see this column you may have to click on Edit View and add this column.

Connect NetSuite Integration

  1. In Spend Center, click the Integrations link in the Navigation Menu.

  2. Find the Oracle NetSuite integration and select the Connect button.

  3. Enter the token ID, token secret, account ID, and subsidiary ID.

  4. Select the Connect button.
