As an admin, you can copy any budget policy that you have created in your Spend Center account. Copied policies retain settings from the original policy. Policy names and budgets where the policy was previously applied are not copied.

Web Browser

  1. In the Spend Center Navigation Menu, click the Policy link.

  2. Find the policy you want to copy.

  3. Click the Options (three dots) icon.

  4. To create a new policy using the selected policy's settings, select the Copy policy option.

  5. Enter a name for the policy in the Policy Name field.

  6. In the Budgets drop-down menu, select the budgets where the new policy will be applied.

    • To apply the policy to all budgets, click the Select All button.

    • To select specific budgets, search for a budget in the Budgets field and/or select any budgets from the displayed list.

  7. In the Pre-spend section, you can view the existing settings copied from the previous policy. To edit settings, click the Edit link.

  8. To save the copied policy, click the Save Policy button.

  9. The copied policy displays in the Budget Policies page. Learn how to edit or delete a policy.
