In this article, you will learn how to log in to Spend Center on a web browser or the mobile app.

Enter Credentials
Open the Spend Center app on your iOS or Android device.
Enter your email address and password. Then tap the Log In button.
If you need to reset your password, tap the Forgot password? Link.
If you have previously logged in, the mobile app displays on your device. If you have not previously logged in to the app, proceed to the Multi-factor Authentication and/or Device Verifications steps below.
Enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
If you are logging in to Spend Center for the first time or your MFA has been reset, you need to select an MFA registration option.
To select text message registration, tap the Text message option. Text message registration allows you to receive a code to your mobile phone that you can use to log in to Spend Center.
To select authentication app registration, tap the Authenticator app option. Authentication apps, such as Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator, allow you to use your mobile device as a second level of authentication in addition to your password. You can download one of these apps to your device, link the app to your account, and then retrieve a unique code from the app whenever you need to log in.
Text Message Registration
If you selected text message registration, complete the following steps:
Enter the location and phone number to use for text message verification. To avoid setup errors, do not enter a “1” before your phone number.
View your cell phone for a text message with a six-digit verification code.
In the Spend Center app, enter the code in the Verification Code field.
If you did not receive a code, tap the Resend Code link.
Tap the Next button.
Authentication App Registration
If you selected authentication app registration, complete the following steps:
Open your authentication app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the section of the app where you can add a new account.
Copy the authentication key and paste the key in your authenticator app.
Tap the Next button.
Enter the verification code from your authentication app in the Verification Code field.
Tap the Verify button.
You will see a confirmation if your MFA registration was successful.
Device Verification
If you haven’t done so previously, you also need to verify the device you are using.
View the message that an email has been sent to the email address associated with your Spend Center account.
On the same device and browser you are using to log in, open your email account.
In the email message, tap the Verify Device button.
Note: If tapping the Verify Device button does not open the Spend Center app, you can long press the Verify Device button and select the Copy Link option. Then paste the link in your browser, which will redirect you to the app.
Select Device Login Option
You can also select an option to more quickly log in to the app in the future.
To create a PIN, tap the PIN option. PINs that use four sequential numbers, repeat the same number four times, or form a line down the keypad are not allowed.
To enable fingerprint verification, tap the Fingerprint option.

In a web browser, navigate to www.spendcenter.jpmorgan.com.
Enter your email address and password. Then click the Log In button.
If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot password? link.
If you have previously logged in, Spend Center displays in your web browser. If you have not previously logged in to Spend Center, proceed to the Multi-factor Authentication and/or Device Verifications steps below.

Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field. To avoid setup errors, do not enter a “1” before your phone number.
Click the Next button.
View your cell phone for a text message with a six-digit verification code.
Enter the code in the Enter Verification Code field.
To remember your browser for 60 days, click the Remember this browser for 60 days checkbox. Do not select this option if you are using a public or shared computer.
Click the Verify button.
Authentication App Registration
If you selected authentication app registration, complete the following steps:
Open the authentication app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the section of the app where you can add a new account via QR code.
In Spend Center, scan the QR code. Then click the Next button.
Enter the verification code from your authentication app in the Enter Verification Code field.
Click the Verify button. You will see a confirmation if your MFA registration was successful.
To remember your browser for 60 days, click the Remember this browser for 60 days checkbox. Do not select this option if you are using a public or shared computer.
Click the Done button.
Device Verification
If you haven’t done so previously, you also need to verify the device you are using.
View the message that an email has been sent to the email address associated with your Spend Center account.
If you did not receive an email, click the Didn’t get an email? link.
On the same device and browser you are using to log in, open your email account.
In the email message, click the Verify Device button.
Note: If clicking the Verify Device button does not open Spend Center in your browser, right click the Verify Device button and select the Copy Link Address option. Then paste the link in your browser, which will redirect you to Spend Center.
